Family Pictures and Christmas letter 2010

Seagle Family 2010 Christmas Letter

Hello to everyone we love and adore, this Christmas season! This year is almost in the history books and gone. Unbelievable that time can pass so quickly! Every year I pretty much write a book for our Christmas letter. Well this year I am shortening things up a bit. I will tell you all about each of us and what happened this year. With one paragraph per person. Let's see if I can actually pull this off?
Clayton Seagle (daddy,hubby)- This year Clay has worked nonstop to provide for his growing family of 5. With regular hours, overtime and training galore! He was able to get a job promotion, still with Kaiser .Which starts December 6th. With a small pay increase, due to paying a full tithing and being temple worthy, plus all his hard work and skills. The man has tons of computer skills seeping from every pore! We feel incredibly grateful that we have been able to obey the Savior ,and he has blessed us with more to fill our needs. He has certified himself in skydiving and has loved it so much! It's a great release for him! Clay taught in primary for almost 5 years and is now taking a break to go to school . He took two classes a semester and cut it down to one. The man is not superman and I am not superwomen. One class a semester is much more maneagable! But it is sure going to take a century or two to finish! I am proud of him that he wants to further his education and expand his horizons. He is an A student currently. He loves to snuggle and wrestle with the kids when he gets home after work. We love to spend time with each other when they are all in bed and sleeping!
Charice Seagle(mommy, wife, laundry expert, chaufer, cook, house cleaner) you get the idea! Anyway, I am busy trying to be a great stay at home mom with a small massage business on the side. My kids even ask for massage now! They say," you give everyone else massage ,how come I can't have one." Point taken! Addison is a pro at sweet talking me into giving her a massage. I am trying to keep up with all the daily school drop off ,pickup and school activities. Addison now has lots of homework in 1st grade and it feels out of control to me and its only going to get worse! I teach every other week in Abigail's preschool for an hour doing story time. It can be a little daunting at times. They are always full of stories of there own. They could go on for hours! I also get to work in Addison's classroom everyother week and watch her as she learns. It makes me so proud to see her enjoy learning and being social.I take Kevin to music makers every other week so he can have fun with music and friends. It's nice to have the one on one time with him now. For my massage business I have been having great success in working at scrap book retreats. where the women scrapbook for hours and hours and than I get work out all thier knots and help them relax. I also enjoy using my talent to trade massage for services. I trade to get my hair done every 8 weeks, our family pictures done and babysitting for my kids. It has come in great use and helps me to be resourceful for the things I need and want. I now switched to the dark side and do only digital scrapbooking and finally finished all 3 kids 1st year albums! Yahoo ! a major accomplishment in my book. I have been teaching the young women in church ward (miamaids) and really enjoying it . The girls respond well to my lessons with lots of discussion and questions. Partly because of preperation on my part. But mostly having the spirit there while I teach makes all the difference. I have felt the spirit very strong among my girls and it enriches my life for sure. I truly enjoy teaching them and they are such good girls. There parents should be proud!
Addison Seagle(Addy, sister, helper) Addison turned 6 years old this year and is so tall and lean. She is full of ideas of what crafts she wants to do . She is my nature girl and crafty queen! She loves to swim and ride bikes( just rode her big bike by herself) ,go on hikes and have sleepovers. This year for her birthday she had it at the bowling alley and had such a great time. She lost her two front bottom teeth and they are already coming in.The tooth fairy treated her well and she thought she didnt get enough? I have been trying to teach her about being grateful for what she has and having a better attitude. It must be the age or something. I want this and that and what about this! A work in progress. She loves 1st grade and especially recess. She is always very fashion conscience already! She probably has more than I do. She still loves to snuggle with me and I love it! Lately she has been asking very deep spiritual questions. Like ,will we always live her on earth forever? Or Why did God give some people to not see or not talk. Ouch ! Can I tell her to go ask the bishop? Just kidding . she is a thinker ,thats for sure. She has a fun side and a sensative side and is a great big sister! We love our Addison!
Abigail Seagle(Abby, sister) Abigail is all girl ,plus some! She loves to dress up and play tea parties. She is very stubborn and likes to try and get anything Addison or Kevin is playing with at the time. She loves to play , fight and boss around her brother Kevin . She adores preschool and loves to play with everyone and make them laugh. When she is happy , she is nonstop smiles and giggly. She has a sweet and snuggly side with mommy and daddy.I love her high pitch sweet princess voice. she loves to sing in conversation or dance. She loves to dance with her big sister. She really loves to color, draw and cut up stuff. She is trying to learn to ride her bike at race speed. We love our Abigail!
Kevin Seagle( KC,Kevinator, cutie pie) Mr. Kevin has a bottomless pit for a stomach and eats all day long. I need to buy a lock for the fridge and pantry. It is always left open when I walk by to get some food out. He loves to throw away our spoons and cups and bowls in the trash. I now by plastic spoons. I teach him every day where to put them and he just doesn't get it. Or he just thinks it's funny.Kevin is a huge snuggle bug and loves to be held. He loves to ride his bike and play chase with the neighbor kids. He always kisses my cheecks and says love you mom! It melts my heart! He has grown so tall that everyone asks me if Kevin and Abby are twins? They are 18 months apart. everyone adores him and his happy and content personality. He's very calm most of the time. He can already count to 10 on his own and is starting to sing the ABC song. He is 2 years old and looks very much like his daddy! He loves music makers and food and fun.We love our Kevin!

Well I have to say that this year I have learned patience . Just as I relearn it every year. It's a constant work in progress of hard work and Joy! I am so thankful for family ,friends and the pure Love of my Savior Jesus Christ!

Everyone ,please have a happy and healthy New Year! Remember the reason for the season and celebrate that reason all year long!
All our love and snuggles,

The Seagles,

Clay ,Charice ,Addison ,Abigail and Kevin
